How long does production take?

Every item is printed to order in Montreal, Canada. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Australia 10–20 days, US/Canada 7–14 days, UK/Europe 10–18 days, Rest of World 14–25 days.

Can I return my order?

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@inspirecollect.com within 7 days and we'll reprint or refund — no hassle.

What materials are used?

Wall tapestries are 100% cotton sateen with UV-stable reactive dye, designed to breathe outdoors. Metal posters are sublimation-pressed onto high-gloss aluminium — UV-stable, scratch-resistant, and ready to hang without a frame. Medicine and travel bags feature all-over printed canvas with double YKK metal zips and vegan leather tabs.

What sizes are available?

Tapestries come in three sizes (S, M, L). Metal posters are available in multiple sizes. Medicine bags come in Small and Large. Full dimensions are listed on each product page.

Will colours look exactly like on screen?

We represent colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary. Print colours may differ slightly from what you see on your device — this is normal and not considered a defect.

Do you offer custom or personalised designs?

Not currently. Our catalogue is a curated collection of original designs. Follow us for new releases.
