How Your Order Is Made

Every InSpire piece is printed to order by our production partner Art of Where in Montreal, Canada. Nothing is held in stock — your order enters production as soon as it's placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch from Canada:

  • Australia & New Zealand — 10–20 business days
  • United States & Canada — 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe — 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World — 14–25 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All orders include tracking.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — free reprint or full refund, your choice. Just email support@inspirecollect.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Order Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to cancel. Email support@inspirecollect.com immediately with your order number. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
