Terms of Service.

1. About InSpire

InSpire is an Australian-based art and lifestyle brand selling print-on-demand products through our online store. All products are produced by Art of Where (Montreal, Canada) and shipped directly to customers worldwide. By placing an order, you are entering into a purchase agreement with InSpire.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Production & Fulfilment

Every InSpire product is made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters a production queue at Art of Where. You have a 12-hour window from the time of ordering to cancel. After this, production begins and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Ownership of goods passes to you once the order is dispatched to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or reprints are offered in the following circumstances:

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
• The order was cancelled within the 12-hour production window
• Art of Where is unable to produce part or all of your order

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and brand assets on this website are the property of InSpire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Products purchased are for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, InSpire's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
