Refund Policy.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

Every InSpire product is printed on demand specifically for your order. Nothing is held in stock — each piece is produced by our fulfilment partner, Art of Where (Montreal, Canada), after you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


2. Order Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order. To cancel, email support@inspirecollect.com as soon as possible with your order number. If production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or physical damage, we will arrange a free reprint or full refund — your choice.

To be eligible:

Once we confirm the fault, we will either dispatch a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. No need to return the item.


4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a different product or size than what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.


5. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


6. What We Cannot Refund

  • Orders where the correct item was delivered in good condition
  • Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Customs duties or import taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
