InSpire is an Australian-based online store selling Japanese-inspired art products. Our store is operated on Shopify and our products are produced and fulfilled by Art of Where, a print-on-demand studio based in Montreal, Canada.

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

- Shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed securely by Shopify — we never store card details)
- Order history and product preferences
- Communications you send to us (email, contact form)
- Device and browser data collected automatically via Shopify analytics
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Process and fulfil your orders
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Respond to your enquiries and support requests
- Pass your name and shipping address to Art of Where for production and delivery
- Improve our store and product offering
- Send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
To operate our store, we work with the following third parties:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
- Art of Where — our production and fulfilment partner. Your name and shipping address are shared with them to produce and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers — your address and contact details are shared with the carrier handling your delivery.
- Payment processors — payments are handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not have access to your full card details.

Our store uses cookies to remember your preferences, keep your cart active, and understand how visitors use the site. By browsing our store you consent to the use of cookies.
